We have established a modern manufacturing facility that helps us in developing our range of automation products. We own a manufacturing unit with sufficient installation capacity it allows us to execute our business with ease and comfort. The unit is equipped with latest manufacturing machines that enable us to fulfill demands of our clients within stipulated timeframe. We are equipped with high capacity and fully Automated Plants for processing the products according to desires specification of Buyers.

Press shop:

High precision Press brakes, Shearing Machines, HI-Tech Roll forming machines cater to the demand and timely requirements of pressed and rolled components to the Body fabrication shop.

Body fabricated shop:

The Bus body is fabricated using in-house designed Jigs and fixtures for greater dimensional accuracy and precision. The body splits are first fabricated on Jigs/Fixtures and combined on a combination fixture before mounting on the Chassis for further process like Paneling, Trimming and Painting.

Paint shop:

The modern paint booths installed with oven and highly trained technicians produce high gloss paint finish to the Buses with excellent and superior quality.

Seat shop:

The latest pipe bending machine and equipped tailoring section cater to the latest designs and fabrication of passenger seats for mass manufacturing and custom designed vehicle.

Composite Shop:

The in-House composite shop facilitates in faster deliveries of Composite items, The Composite Shop has highly skilled technicians and equipped with pattern shop and mould making facilities to meet the demand for mass production and Custom designed exteriors and interiors of Buses.

Leakage test:

The buses are subjected to rigorous water leakage test from sides and roof under 2.5 bar pressure in a shower testing booth compiling to IS 11865.

PDI:

The Buses are subjected to a rigorous Pre delivery inspection like Road Test and trials before the Buses are delivered to the customers.

Quality Testing Lab:

All the incoming materials are checked for metallurgical properties, strength, boiling water tests for plywood, impact test, scratch and gloss test for paints, etc by trained metallurgist.
